Linen is a natural fibre, and subtle variations in colour are a normal part of the production process. Each batch is dyed and stonewashed separately, and factors such as fabric volume, wash size, dye absorption, and finishing can all influence the final tone. As a result, no two batches are ever perfectly identical.
From time to time, we also make small adjustments to our colour dips to ensure our fabrics reflect our online imagery as accurately as possible. Most recently, this was the case for Forest Green and Ocean Blue.
While slight tonal differences can occur between batches, the feel, quality, and materials remain exactly the same across every set.
Our graphite range is made from ultra-soft cotton and infused with silver-based antimicrobial technology. This helps:
- Inhibit bacteria growth
- Reduce odour
- Extend time between washes
Perfect for acne-prone skin, humid climates, or those who prioritise cleanliness.

A few honest notes on our range:
- Machine wash cold or warm (30–40°C)
- Avoid fabric softeners (especially for antimicrobial ranges)
- Tumble dry low or line dry-Iron as needed-Do not bleach
- Spot clean with a damp cloth when needed
- For deep cleaning, dry clean only
- Air regularly to keep fresh and extend longevity

We offer 90-day returns on all full-priced items in original condition. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is faulty. For full details, visit our Returns Policy.
Depending on the type of return (exchange, change of mind, faulty product), you may be entitled to a free return. Our customer service team will let you know if you qualify for this. If you do not qualify for free returns, we will deduct the postage fee from your refund (when applicable).
If you'd like a different colour or size, exchanges are the better deal - we coverthe return shipping for exchanges, while change-of-mind refunds have a $9.95return postage deduction.
For refunds where an automatic discount has been applied - such as Buy One Get One Free or a Bedding Bundle - you will be refunded per item based on the percentage discount of the entire order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Almost certainly, yes. We've refreshed some colour names recently, and packaging from
earlier production runs may still show the previous name.
Shiraz packaging from current stock may be labelled Magenta, and Slate may be labelled Cement - the product inside matches the colour you ordered online.
If anything still doesn't look right, contact us and we'll sort it out.
We do not issue refunds on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I love this Quilt Cover for my teenage son - the zip fasten was a wonderful surprise. He tells me it the cotton is very soft. Looks gorgeous!
