Please choose carefully when selecting quilts, mattress protectors, and pillows. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items unless the product is faulty or has been wrongly described.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt at service@thehonestlabel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an assessment and, where applicable, provide a replacement, refund, or repair.
