Shipping Rates

We offer shipping to both local and international addresses - however, please check our Sizing Guide before you order (as bedding and mattress sizes do differ depending on where you are in the world!). We ship all products from our Australian Warehouse, located in Sydney.

Note

We ship worldwide with the exception of the United States. Unfortunately, due to tariffs and complex import regulations, we are unable to deliver to the U.S. at this time.

We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly.

Orders placed before 9am (AEST) on a business day will be dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 9am or on weekends/public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

You’ll receive email updates at each stage - when your order is packed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. You’ll also receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.

Our preferred carrier is Australia Post - however in exceptional circumstances we may use another trusted sender to deliver your package. We will always use carriers that offer tracking, so you know exactly where your package is.

Import Duties & Taxes:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
