If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately upon receipt at service@thehonestlabel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange an assessment and, where applicable, provide a replacement, refund, or repair.

Tasmanian Downs wool is carded at optimal moisture to produce a gossamer-fine warding - a single veil of individually separated fibres.
Dozens of warding sheets are stacked to build a three-dimensional lattice where each crimped fibre holds its neighbours apart, locking in air at nano-scale.
